We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. From there I'll send a custom proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. Once you approve, we kick off with a more detailed brief and get to work. You'll get regular check-ins and clear milestone reviews throughout.
Turnaround depends on scope. Small collateral pieces: 3–5 business days. Brand identity projects: 3–6 weeks. Multi-page publications: 2–4 weeks after all content is received. Rush timelines are available for an additional fee — ask about availability.
All projects include 2–3 rounds of revisions depending on the package. Revisions within the agreed scope are included — changes to the project direction or additional deliverables are scoped as add-ons. I'll always flag scope changes clearly before proceeding.
Absolutely. I work with clients across the US and internationally. Everything is handled digitally — calls, file sharing, feedback, and delivery. If you're local to Portland/Hillsboro, I'm happy to meet in person too.
You'll receive all the files you need for both print and digital use. For brand work: AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, PNG (transparent), JPG. For print: print-ready PDF to spec. For digital: optimized PNG, JPG, and any platform-specific formats required. Files are organized, labeled, and ready to hand off to anyone.
Yes — I can manage the full print production process. I have established relationships with quality print vendors across offset, digital, large format, and specialty printing. I'll prepare your files, get competitive quotes, proof, and manage the run. Or I can hand off press-ready files if you have your own vendor.
To kick off a project I'll need: a clear brief (or we can develop one together), any existing brand assets, relevant content (copy, photos, data), target audience info, and examples of styles you like or don't like. The more context you give, the better the first concepts will be. A signed agreement and deposit are required before work begins.
Standard terms: 50% deposit to start, 50% due on delivery. For larger projects I offer milestone-based billing. Retainer clients are billed monthly. I accept bank transfer, credit card (via invoice), and Venmo/Zelle for smaller projects.
